Virtual Tour Questions
1. All I can see is a grey or white box / I can't see the tour
If you can't see any moving images at all, the likelihood is that you haven't got Java installed and enabled. Please visit
downloads/plug-ins
for download and installation instructions.
2. The tour appears to have 'locked out'
If the image has locked, please right-click in the pop-up window outside the java viewer and select
'Refresh' in Internet Explorer or 'Reload' in Mozilla Firefox.
3. How do I navigate the tour?
There are instructions on the virtual tour pop-up windows.
4. Can I view more than one tour at a time?
You can by opening up new windows and logging in again but we advise against this because if you don't move your cursor for a long period of time
(about 1 hour), your session will time out and you won't be able to view the tour any more.
5. Can I pick what I want to view rather than view the whole tour?
Definitely! There is a full tour which is all the images linked together in a 'walk-through' tour but there are also individual sections which
you can click on, e.g. 'Behind the Scenes', 'The Pitch', etc. where the pop-up window that appears will have a drop-down menu where you can
select a particular image.
Registration and Membership
1. I can't seem to register. Help! - the 'Cookie' issue
If you find yourself on the login.asp page when you
have clicked 'Proceed' on the Membership page, then this is most probably due to having cookies disabled in your browser.
At the top of the browser window in Internet Explorer, please click on 'Tools', then 'Internet Options', then 'Privacy' and
ensure that your settings are no higher than 'Medium High' otherwise you will not be able to access the payment pages or
the virtual stadium tours. In Mozilla Firefox, please click on the 'Tools' then 'Options' menu, then in the dialogue box,
ensure you have 'Allow sites to set cookies' under 'Privacy' and 'Cookies'.
Please note: Although we work with the clubs on this website, we do not share the same database system
so your username and password on their website will not work on ours. You must register on our website to visit the virtual
stadium tours.
2. I have forgotten my log in details
Your username is the email address you gave when you registered and you can use the
Forgot Details page to enter your username and we will email you with your password.
3. I can't remember how many credits I have left
No problem. Enter your username and password into the log on form that is on most pages and it will take you through to a page which shows you
how many credits you have available at the top.
4. Do my credits ever expire?
No! There is no time expiry on the credits you purchase.
5. If the session has timed out and I have not started the tour, will I lose my credits?
Yes. When you click on the hyperlink that takes you through to the stadium tour you wish to view, you can stay on the tour for as long as you
like but the session will expire after about 1 hour if you are not actively moving about the pages with your pointer. It's only when you stop
moving the pointer, that the idle time starts.
6. Can I amend my details once I have registered?
Yes. Please email info@wantastadiumtour.com with your username and the details you
wish to amend.
7. How do I add more credit?
Easy! When you enter your details into the log on form and click the 'Log In' button, you will be taken to a page which has a link at the top to
'Add more credit'.
Payment Questions
1. I've filled in the Membership page but when I click 'Continue' I get the 'Login' page, not the Payment page
This usually means you don't have cookies enabled (please see the answer to 'Registration and Membership' problems question 1 above
for help with this). Please enable cookies and log-in to the Members Area using a log-in form available on most pages. If you
are still having difficulties or already have cookies enabled, please send an email to info@wantastadiumtour.com
with the details of your problem, including your username.
2. I'm trying to pay with a Debit card but keep getting the 'Issue Number Too Long' or 'Card Declined' error messages
Not all card issuers allow their debit cards to be used for purchases online. Unfortunately,
some of their customers are not aware of this and when a purchase is attempted online, the customer will receive the 'Card Declined' error
message. Please contact your card issuer if you receive this error message for further information.
'Issue Number Too Long' means you are attempting to submit details for a card which does not require an issue number in that
text field. Please leave it blank. Alternatively, you are submitting 2 digits, e.g. '01' for the issue number rather than 1 digit,
e.g. '1' which is required by some card issuers.
