Payment Information The payment gateway that Wanta Co. uses for this website sends a 'pre-authorised' amount of £1.01 to your debit or credit card when you enter your card details and click on 'Proceed' in addition to the amount you wish to be debited from your debit or credit card. The reason for this is that £1.01 is the smallest amount in GBP that can be sent when seeking authorisation for a transaction. The full amount is not initially requested because if an error has been made when inputting the card details, if you are close to your credit limit, repeated attempts at entering card details will send pre-authorisation amounts for the full amount you want debited which may cause your card to be declined. This pre-authorisation amount is not collected from your debit or credit card and will be removed from your pending transactions in approx. 3 days if it's a debit card and 3 - 10 working days if it's a credit card depending on the card issuer. Failure by Wanta Co. to enforce any of its rights against You does not mean that Wanta Co. will not be entitled to enforce any such rights against You at any time in the future.
